Vicar

George Day has been Vicar of St Barnabas since July 2005.

He is married to Elaine, and has two grown-up children.

Among his concerns as Vicar of St Barnabas are....

to see the church grow, in numbers and in the spiritual depth of its members   to help people come to faith in Jesus  to see that the worship of the church is both truly honouring to God and a source of spiritual help

to church members and to all others who take part

to see the church playing an effective role in the wider community, and in social and moral issues  to encourage our links with other churches, both locally and world-wide

To contact him, whether for basic information, or for pastoral care, or to talk about Christian faith....

please call at The Vicarage, which is on the church site,

or write to The Vicarage, 6 Tile Kiln Lane, Joydens Wood, Bexley DA5 2BB

  or phone 01322 528923

  or e-mail revgeorgeday@ntlworld.com

(If possible, it would be appreciated if you could avoid calling or phoning on Tuesdays. Thank you.)
